"The land was tightly held for many years & we secured the land back in
2007. We subdivided some of the land, built a road, installed power, water
& sewage facilities & sold approx 4,000 sqm of the land as individual
blocks. Our circumstances have recently changed & my partners & I have
decided that we wish to sell the rest of the undeveloped land which is
approx 40,000 sqm. We are not in a foreclosure position, but we are after a
quick sale of around AUS$2,000,000 which is approx 162,800,000 JPY.
The land is on a level block which has an unrestricted building footprint &
would suit a commercial developer for either a hotel, residential apartment
style accommodation and retail facilities which the area needs."
