Just read elsewhere that Highland Ski Resort in Hakuba is up for sale for 'only' US$3,000,000, including the hotel and ski lift ops. The land is apparently owned by different people and would only be leasehold.

Doesn't sound like a great deal and not really sure the place would be making any money.
