Longest run in Australia/NZ:
Thredbo (the great 'Funnel Web') 5.9km

Longest run in Japan:
Suginohara 8.5km

Okay, so Suginohara is longer.  Grin But is it better?  Huh

Opinions please!

I haven't boarded Thredbo for probably ten years. After a couple of seasons in Japan I went back to Oz for a holiday and spent a couple of days in Thredbo. I had always really liked Thredders but after living in Japan the snow was just a joke.  Angry At Suginohara I can have less crowds, cheaper lift tickets, cheaper places to stay and lots of great snow (if not awesome powder). If you want to party though - Thredbo hands down...  Grin Grin Grin Grin
