Myoko Snow Report Opening day in Myoko

Well, the opening day in Myoko is here as most resorts swing into action. Akakan has all lifts open and Ikenotaira is opening up three lifts today. Myoko Suginohara is running the gondola and will open all lifts tomorrow. Madarao Kogen is also open today, running Number 1 lift and Number 2 quad lift. As an opening special tickets are 2000 yen for adults and seniors, 1000 yen for elementary school age children. Akakura Onsen will open from tomorrow and is running Kumado 1 quad lift today.
So the crowds are out this morning – excited for opening day in Myoko
We have some gorgeous sunshine today. Time to take a breather and clear snow but then we have yet another dump coming according to the Myoko weather page
Some of the crew have headed up to Suginohara today and we’ll have some shots later for you.
