For Myoko ski lift ticket information, Myoko joint resort passes and discount lift passes for the 2010/11 Japan ski season you can check out our Myoko Lift Passes and Discount Coupons information below. Myoko Ski Lift Tickets and Joint Passes
You can now ski three major resorts in one day with the daily Mt. Myoko Pass for only ¥4,500. Myoko Ski Area offers a pass that covers three of the main Myoko ski resorts - Akakura Kanko Ski Resort, Ikenotaira Ski Resortand Myoko Suginohara Ski Resort - all connected by the Myoko shuttle.
The Myoko Akakura Snow Area Pass provides visitors access to all lifts in the Akakura Kanko and Akakura Onsen ski areas. One Day Adult Price (¥4,800) and Seven Day Adult Price (¥31,800). Child prices also available (approximately 60% of adult price).
You can also ski the whole mountain all season long with the Myoko Big-4 Pass! For the first time ever in Japan, Myoko Ski Area offers a season pass that covers all four of the main Myoko ski resorts - Akakura Kanko Ski Resort, Akakura Onsen Ski Resort, Ikenotaira Ski Resortand Myoko Suginohara Ski Resort - all for just ¥60,000! Numerous bargain ski packages can be found at the local resorts - particularly mid-week or in low season. As an example, for the 2009/2010 season Akakura Onsen offered a day lift ticket + lunch + gear discounts for only 3,800 yen whilst Ikenotaira offered a mystery 'black box' package of hotel, meals, onsen and two lift tickets starting at just 5,900 yen. Suginohara had cheap tickets on sale until the middle of December where one could have purchased a book of 8 tickets (8 half days worth, or 4 full days) for only 10,000 yen. Also last year Tangram was promoting a lift ticket, crepe, drink and onsen for only 2,600 yen. Check at one of the local tourist offices for packages and coupons before heading up the mountain.
One major alternative (if you are staying off-mountain) is that discount tickets and packages can be purchased at the local 7-11 stores before heading up the mountain. For example Ikenotaira last year offered a lift ticket, onsen and drink on certain days for only 2,500 yen. Discount coupons are also sometimes available at the Myokokogen Tourist Centre near the station (see map).
Keep an eye on here for 20010/11 pre-season bargains, coupons and ski lift prices. Most resorts should have their lift prices published by December 1st.

Akakura Onsen discount lift pass coupons
This coupon meant you got a ticket for 3,800 + discount on rentals 20% and ski school 10% + an onsen at Landmark for Y300 (normally 1,000) and at a local onsen in Akakura for 400 (not sure which ones). 12 and under get the same deal for 2,800. Valid until 22 March 2010
This coupon provided 1,000 back on a lift ticket - but only on the days listed.
