A photo today from a place near Myoko that doesn’t get much press – Kurohime Kogen Snow Park. Kurohime is just over the border in Nagano Prefecture. It’s a medium sized ski resort with 8 ski lifts that offers skiers a respectable 430 metres (1411 feet) of vertical descent with 11 main trails/pistes. Kurohime Kogen is best suited to beginner skiers and snowboarders but there is some terrain for both expert and intermediates. If you want to try something different check it out!
