Myoko Kogen Snow Report 15th January 2012 – and again!

The Myoko snow gods decided yesterdays 1.1metres wasn’t enough snow for us, so they decided to bless us with another 48 this morning, phoar!

Current Snow Depth at Base:over 3.5 metres

Current Snow Conditions: More powder

temperature: -3.5° at 8am

Current Weather:snowing lightly

Current Visibility:fair

This is to give you a bit of an idea what the snow banks are looking like, this isn’t a small van.

Myoko Koken Snow Report 17th January 2010

24 Hour Snow Fall: 0cm

Current Snow Depth at Base: 260cm

Current Snow Conditions: The fresh powder from yesterday has packed down to a firm base, awesome for some high speed turns!

Commentary: After yesterdays amazing powder dump we now have hard packed fast groomers and still plenty of powder to be found for the adventurous.

Current Base Temperature: -2°c

Current Weather: High cloud is just keeping the sun hidden, but with no wind it’s a nice day for skiing and boarding.

Current Visibility: Perfect Visibility.
